Allyn Stern Moderating Virtual NAWL Event on Sustainability in the Fashion Industry

Of Counsel Allyn Stern (Seattle) will moderate Part One of a two-part series about green marketing in the fashion industry hosted by the Fashion Law and Environment & Energy Affinity Groups of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) on February 24, 2021. The session, "It’s Not Easy Being Green: Navigating Legal Requirements for Sustainability Claims in the Fashion Industry," will review and assess the compliance requirements and risks inherent to making sustainability claims. The speakers, listed below, include a representative from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) who will discuss implementation of the FTC Green Guides, and General Counsel from companies that are navigating the sea of environmental claims.
