The Seminar will explore critical topics including recent Clean Water Act litigation, the new administration’s enforcement priorities, the latest legal developments on PFAS, and more. Principal Drew Silton (Washington, DC) will join the panel discussion, "Top Legal Developments of the Year for Utilities," on Thursday, November 18, 2:00pm-5:00pm (ET). The panelists will review the most important court decisions and legal developments of the past year and provide critical insights on how utilities could be affected.

Principal Richard Davis (Washington, DC) will join the roundtable discussion, "Navigating the Muddy Waters of Recovery and the 'New Normal': Legal Tools Utilities Can Use to Meet the Dual Challenges of Ever-Increasing Costs and Resource Constraints," on Friday, November 19, 9:00am-12:00pm (ET). The discussion will explore some of the most pressing challenges facing utilities’ bottom lines and the legal and regulatory tools utilities can use to help ameliorate the impacts they have on their operations.

Principals Tim Sullivan (Baltimore) and Jimmy Slaughter (Washington, DC) will attend the conference.
