Associate Sara Eddy (San Francisco) will join two panels focused on, "The Policy Landscape," on December 9. Sara will first join a panel on, "The Great Rollback: Legal Perspectives on Environmental Deregulation," where she will discuss the impacts of regulatory rollbacks under the Trump administration and notable shifts in federal environmental policy. Afterwards, Sara will moderate a second panel on, "The Great Rollback: Impacts on States and Industry," where she will discuss the effects of federal deregulation and the challenges businesses face due to regulatory uncertainty.
