Principal Jamie Auslander (Washington, DC) and Office Managing Principal Brook Detterman (Boston) are proud to serve as contributing editors and authors of Lexology's Getting The Deal Through: Environment & Climate Regulation 2024. This publication is a comparative guide of climate and environmental regulations, governing authorities, and trends in eight jurisdictions worldwide.
