2018 OSHA Webinar Series: A Look Back at 2017 and What to Expect in 2018

Join Beveridge & Diamond for its 2018 Occupational Safety and Health Webinar Series to take a look back at 2017, explore what employers might expect from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in 2018, and learn how you can ensure compliance and reduce enforcement risk.

We will host a series of five complimentary presentations examining the “nuts & bolts” of OSHA compliance, OSHA rulemaking developments, and OSHA enforcement trends. Each session will have a specific focus, and the series as a whole will help companies anticipate, understand, and manage the breadth of OSHA compliance issues.

Principal Jayni Lanham (Baltimore) and Associate Marshall Morales (Seattle) will speak in our first session, titled "OSHA Rulemaking and Enforcement: A Look Back at 2017 and What to Expect in 2018." The session will take place on February 7 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (EST) and will discuss the status of OSHA’s leadership, the fate of several OSHA rules that were issued at the close of the Obama administration, rulemaking activity that is anticipated in 2018, OSHA enforcement and civil penalty trends, and recent OSHA guidance and policy developments.
