2019 OSHA Webinar Series: The Nuts & Bolts of OSHA’s Respiratory Protection Requirements

Join Beveridge & Diamond for its 2019 Occupational Safety and Health Webinar Series to explore what employers might expect from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) this year, and learn how you can ensure compliance and reduce enforcement risk.

This webinar series consists of five complimentary presentations examining the “nuts & bolts” of OSHA compliance, OSHA rulemaking developments, and OSHA enforcement trends. Each session will have a specific focus, and the series as a whole will help companies anticipate, understand, and manage the breadth of OSHA compliance issues.

Principal Heidi Knight and Associate Meghan Morgan (Boston) will speak in our fifth session, titled "The Nuts & Bolts of OSHA’s Respiratory Protection Requirements." The session will take place on November 14 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (EST) and will review respiratory protection program administration, employee training, medical evaluation and fit testing, respirator use, and other key aspects of OSHA’s respiratory standard, as well as OSHA guidance and enforcement pertaining to respiratory protection.
