Chairman Ben Wilson (Washington, DC) will appear on a panel at NYU Law’s PCCE Directors' Academy on Wednesday, September 29th focusing on ESG and for profit companies. There will be a focus on new laws relating to ESG in the EU as well as with state and federal government agencies.
The panelists will focus on risks that are attracting regulatory attention and reputations risks stemming from ESG issues and public statements. The panel will also address ESG, and its relationship to Climate Change, Environmental Justice and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
