Eric Christensen to Present Briefing on Clean Energy Siting and Permitting for Washington State Department of Commerce

The Washington State Department of Commerce's Energy program hired Beveridge & Diamond to perform an external and independent evaluation of state agency siting and permitting processes for clean energy projects. Principal Eric Christensen (Seattle) will present an informative webinar, "Briefing on Clean Energy Siting and Permitting Evaluation," summarizing the findings and recommendations from this evaluation. Eric will provide draft recommendations for reform of permitting processes in Washington that may be delaying the rollout of renewable energy and other “clean economy” infrastructure.

The results of Eric's evaluation will also be reported to the Washington State legislature and Governor, and considered for inclusion in the Clean Energy Siting Council’s annual report.
