John Cossa Speaking at ELI Master Class on Managing for Multiple Use in a Changing World

John Cossa (Of Counsel, Washington, DC) will participate in an Environmental Law Institute (ELI) Master Class titled "Managing for Multiple Use in a Changing World," an in-depth seminar offering detailed insight on the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), the impacts of the multiple use and sustained yield mandate on various public land practices, and more.
John's panel, "Multiple Use Land Management," will examine where FLPMA stands today, the management of activities on multiple use lands, and how to best achieve the objectives of the act as new uses and changes in objectives emerge over time.
