Pete Anderson Speaking on White Collar Crime at North Carolina Bar Association Conference

Pete Anderson, a Principal in Beveridge & Diamond's Washington, DC office and leader of the firm's White Collar and Environmental Crimes practice, is speaking at the North Carolina Bar Association's 2016 White Collar Crime Program: The Evolving Trends of White Collar Criminal Law in North Carolina. Mr. Anderson's session, "Executives Beware: The Implications of DOJ's New Yates Memo," will address implications on internal investigations and securing corporate cooperation credit.

Mr. Anderson is also moderating the Keynote Panel Address titled "From Typewriters and Fax Machines to Digital Discovery: The Technology Isn't the Only Thing That Evolves."
