Associate Lauren Karam (Boston) will moderate a panel, "MA Cumulative Impact Analysis Regulatory Updates," for the Boston Bar Association (BBA). Glenn Keith (Air Director, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP)), Katherine Walker (Senior Fellow, Conservation Law Foundation), Marilyn Levenson (Counsel, Bureau of Air and Waste, DEP), and Sonja Sax (Senior Environmental Health Scientist, Epsilon Associates, Inc.) will join Lauren on the panel. Panelists will discuss MassDEP's recently finalized cumulative impact analysis on air quality permitting regulations, and their environmental justice implications.
