ELI Welcomes David Friedland to Leadership Council
Principal David Friedland (Washington, DC) was elected to the Environmental Law Institute (ELI) Leadership Council alongside six other attorneys. The ELI Leadership Council is the Institute’s group for the most prominent environment, energy, and natural resource leaders in the nation. The Council recognizes leaders for their commitment of resources and time to the Institute’s vision of a healthy environment, prosperous economies, and vibrant communities founded on the rule of law.
David is the current chair of the firm's Air & Climate Change Practice Group and former chair of the firm's Environmental Practice Group. His practice touches every aspect of the regulation of air pollution under the Clean Air Act and state and local air pollution statutes and regulations.
