Strength & Strategy for Litigation & Alternative Dispute ResolutionIn the litigation and alternative dispute resolution area, we couple our regulatory expertise with a deep bench of trial lawyers, including many veterans of the Department of Justice and federal judicial clerkships, to defend and prosecute actions including product protection and toxic tort, project development, defense of civil and criminal enforcement actions, citizen suits, challenges to agency action, contaminated property cases, and general commercial and insurance litigation.
