2017 OSHA Webinar Series: The Nuts & Bolts of OSHA Recordkeeping

Join Beveridge & Diamond for its 2017 Occupational Safety and Health Webinar Series to take a look back at 2016, explore what employers might expect from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in 2017, and learn how you can ensure compliance and reduce enforcement risk.

We will host a series of five complimentary presentations examining the “nuts & bolts” of OSHA compliance, OSHA rulemaking developments, and OSHA enforcement trends. Each session will have a specific focus, and the series as a whole will help companies anticipate, understand, and manage the breadth of OSHA compliance issues.

Principal Jayni Lanham (Baltimore) and Associate Sarah Kettenmann (New York) will speak in our third session, titled "The Nuts & Bolts of OSHA Recordkeeping." The session will take place on August 23 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (EDT) and will provide an overview of OSHA’s recordkeeping requirements, including the types of records that must be made and maintained, the applicability and scope of OSHA’s “partial exemptions,” requirements for electronically submitting records to OSHA, and recently adopted anti-retaliation provisions that OSHA adopted for the express purpose of deterring the under-reporting of workplace injuries and illnesses.
