Gus Bauman Speaking at Virginia Law Foundation’s Advanced Real Estate Seminar

Of Counsel Gus Bauman will present during Virginia CLE’s 24th Annual Advanced Real Estate Seminar. Virginia CLE is the non-profit educational division of the Virginia Law Foundation. The seminar will take place from Friday, March 6 to Saturday, March 7 in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Gus will present “Ripeness for Takings: Knick v. Township of Scott and In-the-Trench Changes” on Saturday, March 7 from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. The presentation will consider what changed on the regulatory takings front with the 2019 decision Knick v. Township of Scott.
