Stacey Sublett Halliday to Speak at ELI's Webinar on West Virginia v. EPA

Beveridge & Diamond Principal Stacey Sublett Halliday (Washington, DC) will speak at the Environmental Law Institute (ELI)'s webinar titled, "West Virginia v. EPA: Analyzing the Supreme Court’s Decision." The panel will consider questions raised by the justices’ opinions and discuss what the decision will mean for environmental law, administrative law, and EPA’s power to act on climate change. Kate Bowers, Legislative Attorney, Congressional Research Service will moderate the panel, and the panel will also include the following speakers:
