Principal Hilary Jacobs (Washington, DC), leader of B&D's Environmental Justice practice group, will speak on a panel, "Navigating the Waters of Environmental Justice: A Guide for Clean Water Agencies," at a National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) Lunch and Learn. Andrew Lee (General Manager/CEO, Seattle Public Utilities) will join Hilary on the panel. The speakers will explain how clean water agencies can better integrate environmental justice (EJ) into their practice. Participants will learn to recognize communities impacted by EJ issues, comply with the EJ regulatory landscape, and build partnerships with community stakeholders.
