Join Beveridge & Diamond and expand your professional network during our annual Texas Roundtable. B&D's Texas team will be joined by other B&D lawyers, regulators, and industry leaders on panels discussing emerging developments in environmental law and litigation.
Don't miss our keynote panel featuring Steven Cook, EPA's Principal Deputy Assistant Administrator for the Office of Land and Emergency Management. He will discuss the environmental policies and priorities of the Trump Administration as they relate to the prevention of contamination, responding to emergencies, remediation of contaminated sites, and returning land to productive use.
Several guest speakers, representing a range of perspectives from industry and the nonprofit sector will also join us, including:
- Logan Harrell, General Counsel & Director of Regulatory Affairs, Texas Chemistry Council, will examine developments in the Texas Legislature.
- Andy Torrant, Lead Counsel - HSES, LyondellBasell, will provide an in-house counsel perspective on the TCEQ contested case hearing challenges.
- Laura Thoms, Director of Enforcement, Earthjustice, will share expectations and goals from the citizen group perspective.
