John Cruden and Loren Dunn Speaking at LSI's 2018 Natural Resources Damages Conference

Principals John Cruden (Washington, DC) and Loren Dunn (Seattle) will speak at the Law Seminars International's 7th Annual Advanced Conference on Natural Resource Damages, taking place in Washington, DC, from March 1 to 2. The conference will examine the existing and potential changes and provide critical information so that NRD stakeholders may better adapt.

Loren will speak in a presentation titled "Portland Harbor: Strategic Insights from One of the Nation's Largest On-Going NRD Assessments," which will take place on March 1 from 10:30am to 11:30am (EST). The presentation will address strategic questions related to cooperative assessments, restoration, and remedial planning, overlapping trusteeship, and other issues.

John will provide the closing address, titled "The Past, Present & Future of NRD," which will be held on March 2 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (EST). John will draw from his experience as former Special Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources Division.

CLE credit will be available in some jurisdictions.
