Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Names Brook Detterman a Go To Lawyer for Environmental/Energy Law

Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly selected Boston Office Managing Principal Brook Detterman a 2023 "Go To Lawyer" for Environmental/Energy Law. The featured attorneys were all nominated by their colleagues and chosen by a panel from Lawyers Weekly.

Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly writes that Brook has “established himself as a leading environmental lawyer regionally and nationally for advice on climate change regulations, voluntary greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction projects and large carbon asset and renewable energy transactions." The publication goes on to discuss aspects of Brook’s practice including supporting clients on cutting-edge climate change matters, high-stakes and high-value renewable energy projects, and voluntary GHG reduction efforts.

In addition to Brook’s robust air and climate change and renewable energy practice, he also maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling individuals and non-profit entities on a range of legal matters in Massachusetts. Earlier this year, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court named him and several other Boston B&D lawyers to its 2023 Pro Bono Honor Roll.
