During NY Climate Week 2026, B&D will co-host a panel and networking reception with The Change Climate Project, Climate Advisers, and Commons. Principal Brook Detterman (Boston) will join the panel discussion, “Tools and Data for the Next Chapter in Climate Action Messaging.”

The panel will explore how companies can communicate climate action with greater confidence while managing legal and regulatory risk. The discussion will also cover recent green marketing litigation, consumer attitudes toward climate messaging, and practical tools for evaluating climate claims and identifying effective, lower-risk approaches to sustainability communications.

A networking reception will follow the panel.
