Megan Brillault is an associate in the New York office of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., with a practice focused on environmental and commercial litigation. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in areas such as general commercial disputes, white collar crime, toxic tort litigation and claims under federal environmental statutes and state statutory and common law. Prior to joining the Firm, Megan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, United States District Judge in the Southern District of New York. She worked previously as a litigation associate for a New York based law firm. Ms. Brillault received her legal degree from Pace University School of Law, and earned a certificate in environmental law. While attending law school, she served as the managing editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review and the chairperson of the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. Ms. Brillault also participated in the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic and was a research assistant for the Land Use Law Center. During law school, she worked for the Environmental Protection Agency in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance. Ms. Brillault was awarded a Merit Scholar Award in 2000-2003 and the Henry M. Feldschuh Environmental Law Award in 2003. Ms. Brillault received a B.S. in Renewable Natural Resources and a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona. Ms. Brillault is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of New York.
