Leah's practice focuses on civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Leah has handled litigation matters under the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and state counterparts, and represented clients before state regulatory agencies in environmental matters. Leah has also assisted in numerous internal investigations and defended corporations and individuals against criminal charges of violating environmental laws.

Leah lives in and works from Nashville, Tennessee and represents clients before the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation.  She is a member of the Nashville bar, is active in the environmental section of the bar, and speaks regularly on environmental issues of interest to the regulated community.

Leah received her law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1997 and her B.A. from American University in 1993.
