Beveridge & Diamond, Women in Environment (WIE), and the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) present a virtual panel, Difficult Discussions in the Workplace.

Difficult conversations in any workplace dynamic are inevitable. When faced with difficult conversations with clients, outside parties (regulators or opposing counsel, for example), or internally within the workplace, there are steps you can take to conduct these often uncomfortable conversations successfully.

Associate Rachel Roberts (Seattle) will moderate an incredible panel of women—Caitlin Imaki, Attorney-Advisor with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Diane Meyers Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Weyerhaeuser Company, and Tanya Nesbitt, Partner with Summit Law Group—who describe their strategies and experiences with difficult discussions in the workplace.
