Of Counsel Stephen Smith (Washington, DC) will speak on a panel, "Environmental Basics for the In-House Generalist," on Tuesday, October 21. This session will discuss the fundamental knowledge to identify and address emerging environmental law issues such as due diligence, inspections, product claims, and ESG disclosures.
