OSHA is not the only federal agency with responsibilities for occupational safety and health. Others include EPA, which has OSH requirements under the Clean Air Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, and other statutes, and DOT, which has its own OSH requirements covering different modes of transportation. This webinar will review preemption and non-preemption of OSHA requirements by other federal agencies, as well as the challenging task of deciding which agency’s requirements apply to a given workplace condition.
