Brook Detterman Discusses Legal Aspects of ESG and Carbon Offsets on Carbon Credits Today Podcast

Carbon Credits Today, a podcast produced by, recently featured Boston Office Managing Principal Brook Detterman in its November 3 episode titled, Carbon Credits Today: Separating the Signal from the Noise.

In the episode, Brook talks about how potential carbon offset purchasers can protect themselves, risks related to offset disclosures, including green marketing and advertising claims, and the differences in risks between carbon capture and carbon storage. In discussing how buyers can mitigate risk, Brook said,
