Beveridge & Diamond Elects Jeanine Grachuk and Mackenzie Schoonmaker Principals
Beveridge & Diamond is pleased to announce that Jeanine Grachuk (Wellesley, Massachusetts) and Mackenzie Schoonmaker (New York) have been elected Principals.
Jeanine Grachuk's practice includes environmental compliance counseling, environmental permitting of energy and brownfields redevelopment projects, and advice on managing environmental risk in complex transactions. Ms. Grachuk has experience with environmental issues arising within a variety of industrial sectors, including power generation, chemical production, and solid waste disposal. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the LSP Association.
Mackenzie Schoonmaker's practice includes both environmental litigation and regulatory matters. She helps clients nationwide navigate issues arising under the federal pesticides statute, FIFRA, the Clean Water Act, and related environmental laws. Ms. Schoonmaker currently serves as a coordinator of the National Association of Women Lawyers’ Energy & Environmental affinity group, and she coordinates efforts to advance and retain the Firm’s women attorneys.
