Beveridge & Diamond Secures No-Liability Verdict, Featured in DRI’s The Voice
The August 2016 issue of DRI’s The Voice features an article describing a no-liability verdict that Beveridge & Diamond secured for Siemens Industry, Inc. in a multiparty cost recovery case in the federal court of Boston, Massachusetts. In December 2015, after a six week trial, a federal jury agreed that the firm’s client, one of several defendants, had no responsibility under the Massachusetts equivalent of the federal Superfund law for the $12 million cleanup of PCBs that had been discharged into a Boston waterway.
Beveridge & Diamond’s trial team was led by Marc Goldstein, Managing Principal of the firm’s Massachusetts office, and included principals Pete Anderson and Eric Klein, associate Brook Detterman, and paralegal Vanessa Mendoza.
