B&D's panel of speakers will examine important individual OSHA standards, rulemaking developments, and similarities and differences among state and federal worker safety requirements while sharing key takeaways and best practices for employers.

OSHA standards are the backbone of EPA’s extensive requirements for protection of workers under the Toxic Substances Control Act, but EPA adapts them under TSCA. EPA has recently made significant changes in how it manages worker protection for both new and existing chemical substances. The risk management standards due in 2022 will break new ground. This webinar will explain the interaction of EPA and OSHA under TSCA and discuss enforcement of overlapping requirements.
